Al Khabisi is located next to Deira, the traditional tourist hub of Dubai. Al Khabaisi offers easy access to the souks and streets of Deira and has a few 5-star hotels that offer premium services and amenities. On the other side, the residential area is not as prominent as the commercial district. A few apartment units exist on top floors of buildings while podiums house multiple shops and offices.
